The style of this kitchen was a little outdated, and the owners also wanted to increase functionality by using drawers throughout the space, instead of cabinets.
We decided on a bold scheme of dark grey and timber, teamed with an olive green paint. Drawers were used throughout, including a new pull-out bin drawer, along with some wall cabinets over the stove area.
The new design made use of existing elements including the bench, sink and cooking appliances.
The new kitchen creates depth and warmth in the open living space, and is much more user-friendly with the inclusion of drawers.
